I am both honoured and delighted to welcome you to the ACT Multi-Academy Trust, where our commitment to individuality, exceptional education, and boundless aspirations is at the core of everything we do. It is a genuine privilege to serve as CEO, and I take immense pride in sharing our vision and values with you.

My own education and life experiences have shown me the importance of a nurturing environment, where talented teachers, inspiring leaders, and compassionate role models encourage every individual to thrive.

A quality education unlocks doors and creates opportunities — this is our goal for every child within our Trust. Our role as educators is to help children and young people overcome barriers, ignite a love of learning, and nurture their ambition.

We believe that all members of our Trust — pupils, staff, and stakeholders — achieve their best when they feel valued, heard, and when they belong. When we get this right, the benefits extend not just to our pupils, but to society as a whole.

Our trust is founded on a fundamental belief: that every child possesses the potential to succeed through an exceptional education experience. In our four unique primary schools, we strive to ensure that learning is unstoppable, and aspirations have no limit, enabling all children to flourish, no matter what their starting point. Each school’s rich and unique curriculum promotes creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning, preparing pupils for success at every stage of their education and beyond. It will equip them to serve their communities with dignity and respect, and to face the world with love, courage, and gratitude for the opportunities ahead.

As a Church of England Trust we live the values of the church. Our values of Agape (love), Courage and Thankfulness form the foundations for our sustainable approach to school improvement and quality assurance to ensure we support all our schools to continue to achieve excellent outcomes for pupils. We recognise that collaboration is key to continual improvement, and we are always seeking new partners to join us on our journey, playing an important role in shaping and growing the Trust.
