Executive Pay Report to 31 August 2023 The Academy Trust Handbook 2021 requires that the Trust publishes, on its website, in a separate readily accessible form, the number of employees whose pay benefits exceed £100,000 in £10,000 bandings. Pay benefits for this purpose include salary, other taxable benefits and the Trust’s employer pension contributions. This will be their annual salary plus 28.6% employer contribution for pension, plus other taxable benefits. The individual salary received by any employee is a minimum of 28.6% less than the figure listed below, if not more.

For example an employee listed below as having pay benefits of 100,000 will not receive an annual salary of more than 76000.
